Before wetting your hair, brush it to reduce tangling and improve washing efficiency. Then, thoroughly wet your hair with warm water. Pour a small amount of "Silk" Shampoo into your palms, add water, and work it into a lather. Apply the foamy "cloud" to your hair, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. If you want to add shine and improve circulation, rinse your hair with cool water after washing.
Why shouldn't you apply the shampoo directly to your head? Because this makes it difficult to determine the right amount and distribute it evenly across the scalp, leading to overly concentrated areas.
Wash your hair along imaginary lines, first from ear to ear, and then the back of the head. Carefully and gently massage both the strands and the scalp with your fingertips. Use water no hotter than 40-50°C, as this temperature effectively removes dirt, dissolves sebum, and boosts circulation.
I have sensitive scalp. The shampoo is decent. It is not aggressive, lightly scented, lathers moderately, and the consumption is a bit high. The price is reasonable when on sale.

The fragrance is neutral. What surprised me the most was the consistency, it's like water. When I first used it, it completely spilled on me unexpectedly. It lathers averagely, I need to rinse it twice. It easily detangles the hair and doesn't make it greasy faster than usual. You can give it a try.
