Dissolve 100 grams of bath salt in warm water that is 2-3 degrees Celsius above body temperature. The crystals dissolve quickly in the water and are immediately absorbed by the skin, but the full effects take some time to manifest. Therefore, we recommend bathing for at least 20 minutes (2-3 times a week), and it's important to stay hydrated during this time by drinking water or a cup of herbal or green tea.
