The wrap indeed has a very cooling effect. However, one can easily endure this time. The skin has become more firm, soft, and fresh. The scent is very pleasant. It did not cause any allergies or other irritations. I am very satisfied with it.
It feels like being thrown into a snowdrift and not being able to do anything about it. It's impossible to warm up, even under three blankets. This effect lasts for an hour after rinsing. I had blue lips from the terrible cold. It's not worth such suffering.
I don't understand how it cools down; it feels like I'm being burned by a hot wrap.

The first 13 minutes were extremely cold (my stomach and legs were freezing). Be sure to prepare warm clothing and a blanket right away. It was my first time doing this, and I lasted for 50 minutes. After rinsing off, it took me a while to warm up again. During cold seasons, it would have been better to opt for a hot wrap.
