I have curly/wavy hair. I bought this product with the hope that it wouldn't straighten or weigh down my hair. It turned out to be a good match for me.
This is quite an interesting product. My hair is very thin in texture. With this conditioner, they now resemble a delicate spiderweb: weightless and they hold their shape for a long time after drying. They also stay non-greasy for longer.
The scent is quite intriguing, it's either a styling product or a men's shaving foam. However, it fades quickly.
Overall, I really like this conditioner. I will try the range for colored hair next. If I don't like it, I will come back to this one.
This is an excellent balm. After using it, the hair is easily manageable and looks vibrant and shiny. It works well with shampoos from other brands as well.
The balm is not bad, but it is too liquid for my taste. I am used to a thicker consistency. For my thin, medium-length hair, it requires a lot of this balm to easily run through my hair.
In the composition - if I understand it correctly - there is only one silicone, and it is water-soluble (PEG-7 dimethicone). Actually, that's why I chose this conditioner, to pair it with a silicone-free shampoo (I use oil masks and a leave-in heat protectant with silicones before blow-drying, so I don't need silicones in my shampoo and conditioner). This conditioner performs well for my hair (fine, prone to oiliness, and not dyed): my hair feels light and noticeably more voluminous. However, for hair that is heavily damaged from coloring, very dry, or accustomed to a high amount of silicones, this conditioner may not be suitable.
One of the positives is the size and price, but it doesn't do anything, it just dries out my hair and smells like alcohol. The same L'Oreal or Garnier from the supermarket works much better on my hair.
I bought this product with the intention of "making combing easier"... but it barely helped with detangling...
