My hair started noticeably falling out, so I don't recommend it. (I stopped using this conditioner, and everything returned to normal.)
I ordered it for the first time and have only used it a couple of times so far, so it's too early to talk about any significant effects. However, my initial impressions are excellent. The consistency is just right, and the scent is pleasant. It doesn't leave any greasy shine. I will see how it performs in terms of reducing hair loss. The price is reasonable. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I bought this balm. The shampoo and conditioner didn't work for my hair. It's clear that my hair was washed with a cheap product as it doesn't sit well and feels dry. It's too early to say anything about hair loss, maybe I need to use it for a longer time, but I doubt I will. I'll try using the balm as a base for hair masks, by adding oil and active ingredients.

Well, what can I say, I am deeply surprised. I would write it differently, but they won't publish it))) This balm on my hair (which reaches my waist, straight and thin dyed hair) gives a better effect than Matrix Total Treat, and it costs 7 (seven!!!) times cheaper. The conditioner is simply wonderful for its price. It makes the hair very shiny and smooth, you could even say alive. However, I apply it after shampooing and leave it on for about 15 minutes. It's worth a try. I'm not sure if it helps with hair loss, as I don't have that issue, but the condition of my hair improves and it's noticeable.
