Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng, is a medicinal plant traditionally used in Eastern medicine, known for its powerful rejuvenating, delicate softening, and intensive anti-inflammatory properties.

Mix 1 teaspoon of the powder with warm water to form a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired skin area that requires treatment, such as the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes as a mask. Rinse off with warm water. If needed, wipe the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream.
To prepare a decoction: Add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500 ml of water, bring to a boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes, and let it steep for 3-5 hours. Strain the mixture.
