I didn't understand this top coat. It has a medium consistency and doesn't have a sticky layer. When cured under a lamp, it gives off a bluish hue, which helps see how it's applied on the nail. It shines nicely. But! I don't understand why it slides towards the middle of the nail, even though I cover the entire nail with it. Additionally, it forms indentations. I could understand if I missed or didn't fully coat one nail, but for all of them to slide like this, I don't get it. It's the first time I've encountered something like this.
