Azelaic Acid 10% Anti-Acne Serum Jole Azelaic Acid 10% Serum

I highly recommend this product. I have problematic skin, and after a long day in the sun and eating a lot of delicious food, my skin broke out quite badly. So, I decided to finally try a not very strong acid. I used it according to the instructions, and for about 2-3 weeks, my skin broke out even more from the serum (lots of small pimples, especially on my forehead). I was a bit worried, so I tested it on my hand, but there was no allergic reaction, so I continued using it. After a month, I started seeing the first results - most of the pimples disappeared, and I definitely liked the effect. I used the serum at night after washing my face, and then applied a moisturizer. It stings a little, but it goes away after 10 seconds. In the morning, I use effacular duo. I recently started taking skin vitamins as well. I didn't really like the dispenser - sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't. The serum doesn't cure deep pimples, that's obvious. It can only lighten bruises faster. So, for constant comprehensive care of problematic skin, this serum is great. The price is affordable, and it helps reduce breakouts or makes them go away faster. But it's still better to seek treatment from a doctor. Someday I'll get around to doing that.

The serum is wonderful. I had some minor breakouts and uneven skin tone, but after the first use, the effect was noticeable. It did an excellent job with its purpose! (Skin type: combination, sensitive)

As the owner of sensitive combination skin with localized breakouts, I can say that this serum worked for me. It evens out the skin tone and fights redness and acne. My face looks healthier. I use it in the evening with the cream from the same brand, and overall, I am satisfied with Jole.

The serum is excellent. It has a convenient dispenser and is almost odorless. It beautifully mattifies the skin and dries out pimples. After a couple of weeks, my skin has cleared up nicely. I highly recommend it.

The first impression upon receiving the product is already negative. The cheap dispenser does not fit the bottle at all, causing the product to leak out. As for its sealability, it is non-existent. What is the manufacturer thinking when they send out such a product? As for the makeup itself, I have no complaints. It was delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the effectiveness of the serum yet as I just bought it. However, I will leave a review regarding the packaging quality. It arrived damaged and leaking.

I used the serum as recommended by my cosmetologist for my sebum regulation problem. I had a lot of small pimples on my forehead, and regular cleansing didn't help. After a month of using this serum, everything cleared up and the problem disappeared. I am very satisfied with this particular serum. The other one (Jole) didn't have the same effect.

The worst serum I have ever purchased:
1. Completely ineffective
2. The dropper does not work
3. It leaves a slippery and shiny layer on the face, causing discomfort
4. It is better to explore international brands (such as Revox, Cos De Baha, and others) for this price.

I have been loving this serum for a long time. I primarily use it in the evening, and by morning, it reduces inflammation on my painful pimples. I have grade 2 acne. It applies nicely and absorbs quickly. It doesn't leave any stickiness or roll off. I plan to switch to the same brand's 15% azelaic acid soon, as I have high hopes for it as well.

I have been using this serum for over half a year and I am very satisfied.

I apply it in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning with the same line's products, and then I apply moisturizing cream.

The serum has a nice consistency, not too thick or watery.

It applies wonderfully and has a pleasant texture. It doesn't feel sticky to me.

It effectively reduces inflammation, especially on my painful acne spots.

Now it's my favorite, I can't imagine my daily skincare routine without it.

I must say that I will never buy this product again. I am extremely disappointed in it. The serum did not fulfill its purpose and instead caused me problems with subcutaneous bumps, which I only had occasionally, if at all, twice a year. Now my face resembles an ecological disaster. I understand that there is a period of skin adaptation, but not all the time.

This is an excellent product for its price. I am purchasing it for the second time now. The serum is quite thick, but it spreads well on the skin. It suits my skin. After a certain period of time, the skin becomes cleaner and free from breakouts. I also want to try the 15% version.

This is the most useless product I have ever purchased. The only thing this serum is capable of is moisturizing the skin (if you can manage to get it out of the bottle with its faulty dropper). It's a complete waste of money.

My impression is that the serum does not fulfill its claims... It leaves a very greasy film on the face, like petroleum jelly, which is quite unpleasant.

1. It feels like the concentration of azelaic acid is not 10%, but 2%. Unfortunately, this serum is ineffective and doesn't work, unlike other brands I have tried before. I have been using it for almost two weeks.

2. The dropper doesn't pick up the product at all, so I have to dip it into the product, wipe it on my finger, and then apply it to my face, which is unhygienic. Moreover, a lot of product spills out of the bottle when opening/closing it. Why does the manufacturer, despite seeing comments about the bottle, claim to fix this problem but still continue to release the same faulty bottles?

3. The product is very wasteful. For example, with the 10% serum from Cos De Baha, it lasts much longer.

4. The bottle is packaged in a plastic bag instead of a box. What about protection from the sun, etc.? It's frustrating that I have to buy foreign brands instead of our Ukrainian ones(((

I am very satisfied with this serum. I started with a 10% concentration since my skin is familiar with this acid. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and after about 5-7 days, I noticed comedones appearing. These comedones had been sitting undisturbed for months and were really bothering me. However, with the serum, my breakouts clear up faster, my skin feels smoother, and my pores have become cleaner. Of course, this is not solely due to the serum, but I noticed a difference in my skin after incorporating it into my skincare routine. It just takes some patience to get through the period of active skin cleansing, and afterwards, the serum simply maintains its normal condition.

I'll start by saying that my skin is prone to acne. My story began a couple of weeks ago when I ordered a Korean cleansing foam from Corxs with salicylic acid. After a week, I started getting large pimples. I decided to take a risk and ordered this serum. I've been using it for 5 days and these big pimples are simply disappearing, slowly but surely. And the best part is that there are no traces or scars left, which pleases me greatly. I'm currently using it on specific spots because I'm still recovering from the effects of that foam. I'm very satisfied with this serum, the ingredients are good, and most importantly, it works. I also have a peeling from this brand, which is also a 5. I'm pleasantly surprised that there is finally a Ukrainian product that is both high-quality and effective.

Great serum!! Lately, I've been extremely pressed for time to take care of myself, and my skin has turned into something unrecognizable in the last month.

I have been using this product for a month now, but I cannot provide an objective opinion on its effectiveness since I have also been using other products. However, the product has a terrible consumption rate. The jar was empty after only 5 weeks, even though I did not use it every day. When the serum volume reached half, it became impossible to get any more out of it.

I didn't really see any effect (my skin is quite problematic). I used it together with the same brand's peeling product, hoping to even out my skin tone a little bit. Additionally, the consistency is very thick, making it inconvenient to scoop out and resulting in a high product consumption.

The serum works well and effectively maintains my skin in remission from rosacea. This is already my second bottle. There is only one issue: the consistency of the serum in the second bottle is more like a cream, thick and white, and the dropper doesn't pick it up. I thought the dropper itself was broken, but I tried it with the previous bottle and got the same result. Perhaps, if the formula changes, it would be better to consider changing the packaging to something more suitable.
