I was looking for eyebrow brushes and was hesitant to buy them due to mixed reviews, but the price was more than reasonable, so I went ahead and purchased them. I am very pleased with the quality of these brushes. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate their firmness at 6.5. After the first wash, they become softer, but personally, I don't need them to be fluffy and soft. For applying care and cosmetic products to my thin, light brown hair and medium-density eyebrows, they are perfect: they comb and shape well, and they apply both serum and setting gel perfectly. They are not suitable for eyelash extensions, but for any type of eyebrows, they are exactly what you need.

How do I exchange or return goods?
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
