The pen refill is solid and the ink is almost dry, making it very difficult to draw precise lines.

Don't trust these overly positive reviews. It's just terrible. It's not long-lasting at all, but even that is a minor issue compared to the fact that it smudges. No matter if it's been 10 minutes or an hour, it will smudge all day long. The only positive thing about it is the convenient brush, but it doesn't really matter if you realize you won't be using it.

I have oily skin, and this product tends to slide and smear on my face. However, it does provide good color payoff and doesn't feel dry. It doesn't irritate my eyes throughout the day. The only downside is that it tends to stick to my eyelids and transfer onto other surfaces.
