Oxidizing emulsion is a product used in hair coloring as an activator and catalyst. This ensures that the dye pigment penetrates the hair structure more quickly and efficiently, providing a long-lasting result. The 6% oxidizing emulsion from Demira Professional is recommended for use with permanent ammonia-based dye on natural hair. It allows for coloring with a lightening effect of up to two shades. I use it before dyeing. I apply it to my gray regrowth. I heat it up with a hairdryer. I rinse it off (because my hair dye also contains an oxidizing agent), dry it, and then dye it. My gray hair is better colored.
