The pencil is good. The color is rich. It holds well. The only downside is that it's very soft!!! You have to sharpen it often. It will run out quickly. This brand used to have silicone eye pencils - those were amazing!!!

This is an excellent pencil. I bought four of them, and they are almost as good as the Lamel Professional Oh My Color Gel Eye Liner. I love very bright and vibrant colors, and while this one is not particularly bright, it has a beautiful golden shimmer. It doesn't look overly bright, but rather elegant. It feels soft and smooth, without smudging too much. It is simply perfect in terms of consistency.

The eyeliner is long-lasting, I have the color RE3, it beautifully enhances the eyes. It applies very smoothly. The winged eyeliner stays in place all day. The only downside is that it needs frequent sharpening because the pencil is very soft. However, the color and longevity are exceptional. I have been using it for many years. I highly recommend it.
The colors are blue RE3 and brown RE2. It is soft and has a shimmer. It holds up well after drying.
I bought the blue color in the store based on the seller's recommendation. It is very soft, shimmering with glitter, and lasts a long time. I also ordered the brown pencil for myself right away. These colors are very beautiful for a blonde with blue eyes.
I also, thanks to Yulia, purchased a green pencil. It is simply incredible! Soft, yet long-lasting. It has very beautiful glitters that even cover the green color.
Based on Julia's review from February 2, 2018, I purchased this blue pencil in January 2021, and I really liked it. It is of excellent quality for such a reasonable price and looks very nice. I use it with the Shiseido Essentialist Eye Palette in shade number 04 (white, gray, blue, and black colors in the palette). I want to thank Julia for such a detailed description, which led me to have such an interesting and convenient pencil to use.
This waterproof pencil is excellent. It doesn't cause any allergies. The shade PE1 is black with silver shimmer. It looks really beautiful. It's now my favorite ♥️.
Many pencils are left abandoned in a corner because I constantly use a few very long-lasting gel ones from Color Me, and specifically from this series, there are two - PE3 and PE4 - my favorites. In them, an incredible beauty and excellent durability have miraculously merged. PE3 is a dark noble blue, with fine blue shimmer, not vulgar. PE4 is something truly incredible, green-emerald with a golden fine shimmer that simply glows in the sun! Because of the gold, the color overall warms up a bit. I have dark red hair, and for the sake of this green accent on my eyelids, I am ready to give up other vibrant colors in makeup - neutral eyeshadows, neutral lips, and the main focus on eyeliner. The pigmentation is excellent, and it lasts until victory. However, dear makeup, you have very unsuccessful pictures for these beautiful pencils, the finish is not conveyed at all, and many people have nowhere to test them (it is easier to rely on the pencil body in the main photo). By the way, I bought them in a store, paid significantly more because unfortunately, you didn't have them in stock :'(. If I could, I would give them a perfect 10, I recommend them.
