I am very particular about skincare, so the content of the product is very important to me. This gel has a good content and is suitable for my combination skin. I have very dry skin in some areas, so it was important for the gel to not overdry but still cleanse well - and it did just that. It smells nice and lasts a long time. There is enough gel to cleanse properly with just a small amount, but I used it after cleansing with a hydrophilic oil as a second step, and my face felt and looked clean. The only downside for me was initially, but then I got used to it - it is so gentle that when rinsing, it still feels soapy on the skin, no matter how much water I use. However, if I use a toner afterwards, it removes any residue.
