The skin should be dry and clean, free from any cream residue. Cut out the tattoo and remove the protective film. Place the tattoo face down on the skin. Dab the paper backing of the tattoo with a towel or cotton pad moistened with water. Use pressing motions while doing this. Once the paper is completely wet, gently remove it, ensuring the tattoo remains on the skin. Avoid touching the tattoo for ten minutes to allow it to set properly. To remove the tattoo, use a sponge and any oil.
