Loofah has long been renowned for its exfoliating properties. In fact, it is a plant from the gourd family. In its dry form, it is very coarse, raising doubts about its suitability for facial use. However, once you soak this sponge in water, it doubles in size and becomes softer and more gentle. You can confidently use this sponge to massage your skin even without a scrub.
When using this sponge, you perform both a massage and a peel simultaneously. Your skin becomes rejuvenated and refreshed, gaining a vibrant, healthy complexion. However, it's important not to overuse such sponges. Use it no more than two to three times a week.-

This is a good loofah, though it's firmer than I expected. However, it will soften over time. Its size (about the size of a hand) makes it suitable for use on both the face and body. It has no odor.
Great sponge, I use it only for my body. It does have a slightly unusual smell at first, but after a few uses, it's perfectly fine. In my opinion, it's of medium firmness. I've ordered another one and hope it will be just as good.
I will be purchasing this for the fourth time. I can't do without it. I have oily skin, and this sponge provides perfect cleansing.
Loofah - A Rare Stinker
The loofah arrived in its packaging, and everything seemed fine at first. The quality also appeared good on the surface... BUT THE SMELL!!! It's a hellish stench, like chemicals, glue, or some kind of treatment. The odor comes from the edging of the loofah, and the entire border reeks of this unbearable, foul smell even after washing it 10 times with different soaps, in both cold and hot water.
Ugh...
I ended up throwing it away because using such a smelly product on my face is, at the very least, terrifying. What could possibly smell so awful and be impossible to wash out? I definitely wouldn’t let it near my face.
