I have been buying this product for my husband for a few years now. He is satisfied with it. He says it's the best.
The blades are unique, or they suited me well. In terms of durability, they are roughly on par with Gillette ProShield (lasting around 4-5 months, with 3-4 shaving sessions per week on the head and face). The quality and comfort of the shave are also comparable, but personally, Wilkinson blades start to shave more comfortably for me after around the fourth use, and I can even press down on the razor without removing the epidermis like shavings from a plane.
Overall, the sharpness of the blades is good, it clears everything completely, and it doesn't get clogged even with long hair. The blade angle is more aggressive than Gillette's, so there's no need to press hard while shaving. With light strokes, the epidermis won't be completely removed.
These cartridges are really good. In my opinion, they are better than Gillette.
