Coloring: Apply the balm to slightly damp hair, distributing it evenly throughout the length of the hair (or only on the highlighted strands) using a brush and comb. Follow the application time specified in the instructions. Rinse the protective gloves and keep them for the next step.
Rinsing: After the recommended application time, be sure to wear protective gloves and thoroughly rinse your hair with warm water. Ensure that the balm does not come into contact with your skin. There is no need to use shampoo or a conditioning balm immediately after coloring.

I purchased the 04 caramel-brown shade with the goal of covering up my roots and blending it into my lightened ends. The outcome: the roots and natural base turned out okay, although the roots ended up slightly redder than I would have liked. However, the lightened ends were a complete disaster. They turned green, which was definitely not what I expected from this shade. I first applied the color to my roots and left it on for about 45 minutes. Then I applied it to the rest of my hair, but washed it off after 10 minutes because I was afraid it would turn out too dark. Overall, the experiment was a failure and I couldn't save money on salon coloring. My only hope is that it will fade relatively quickly, although I've already washed my hair three times with shampoo after coloring. It looks somewhat decent in the photo, but in reality, it's a straight-up green mess.
It tripled my length. There is no unpleasant smell. It took a long time to wash off, in all the colors of the rainbow. It didn't cover any gray hairs. There is a tinting effect, now the color throughout the length is the same.
I bought shade 02 - natural chocolate. The color turned out to be a nice and rich shade, but where my roots are gray, it turned out to be some kind of reddish color. Maybe it will dye properly the second time, but I'm not sure... Other than that, everything is great - it doesn't dry out my hair and it's easy to apply.

Very good balm! I bought shade #04. I was looking for a product to cover gray hair. I have light amber hair, but after a month of dyeing, the gray roots become visible on the brownish roots, so I do root touch-ups. I followed the instructions and left it on for 45 minutes. It covers the gray hair and the best part is that there are no strange shades where the dye overlaps! It should be applied to clean, damp hair and simply rinsed with water. The balm is thick, doesn't run, and is easy to apply. I have long hair and nothing came out or was damaged. I recommend it!
The color of my hair is medium-brown, NOT DYED! (with a hint of red) and I really wanted to emphasize the red undertone. So, I bought the color 02 for this purpose. I kept it on for 5 minutes, and the result... AMAZING! It doesn't turn orange, blue, green, or red.

Color 02. If you have bleached hair, there is a possibility that after rinsing off this conditioner, a green color may appear and get stuck in your hair, as it happened to me. However, in areas where the hair is not bleached, everything is fine.
I really liked it. It covers perfectly (I chose the natural coffee shade) and easily conceals gray hair.
I tried the Coral Mahogany shade. This balm is excellent. It effectively covers gray hair (lasts for about an hour), washes out evenly, and stays on the hair for a long time, though it does fade a bit. I highly recommend it.

I bought shades 06 and 04 and mixed them together. I have naturally golden-blonde hair. The camera doesn't accurately represent the color, but it turned out about two or three shades darker. I left it on for 30 minutes. I liked the result!
