For external use only. Operates at any angle, 360° (even upside down). Spray onto the injured area of the body. Shake the can for 3-5 seconds before use. Apply to the desired area from a distance of at least 10 cm using smooth circular motions. Do not spray on one spot for more than 5 seconds or until a white film forms on the skin. Ensure the can's temperature is not below 15° C when using the spray.

This is a very good spray that freezes quickly. It is indispensable for automobiles. I have bought it multiple times. Thank you.
I didn't feel anything at all, like where is it and what is it cooling(( I guess I wasted my money on it
I also used the epilator for hair removal (on my legs), and it's amazing! No cream helped me, but this spray is just superb. It starts working in a few minutes and there is some pain, but it's mild. It's not the kind of pain you have to endure, it's just a slight discomfort from the hair being plucked out. And after hair removal, you can use it to soothe the skin, but that's optional. I only apply it on the areas where the hair was thicker. I highly recommend it for legs. However, I wouldn't dare to use this spray for bikini area.
