Great product. I have rosacea, and my dermatologist recommended it to me. I use it with the Biotrade cleanser that contains azelaic acid.

One of the few effective products in the mass market. The concentration is not for a wow effect, but for daily use and gradual treatment. When combined with other active ingredients, it eliminates all breakouts within a week.

After using this product for 3 weeks, I am amazed by the results on my face. It actually works! However, I must mention that the serum has an unpleasant aroma, similar to saliva. It does tend to dry out the skin initially, but all the impurities and blemishes have cleared up. Now, my face looks very clean. I am willing to endure these minor inconveniences because it was worth it. The acne I had on my cheeks, which I used to struggle with, has completely disappeared. The only thing left is some post-acne marks.

I have purchased this product for the second time. I have sensitive skin and used to have painful cystic acne. My cosmetologist recommended using azelaic acid, specifically Acnestop. I used it for several months and my face really became clear. After using Acnestop, I decided to switch to this product because it has a lower percentage of azelaic acid. It has a slightly sticky texture, but after it dries (around 10-20 minutes), I apply my moisturizer and everything works great.

Currently, I use this product when I have breakouts and in the morning, they are almost gone. Many people now say that the percentage of acid in this product is not effective - it's only 8% when it should be at least 10%. Maybe for people with severe acne and oily skin, this is true, but azelaic acid is the safest and mildest among all acids. So if you know your skin problem and type, why would you choose something that doesn't suit you? I don't understand such reviews.
