Acqua Di Giò Eau de Parfum is a crystal clear and at the same time powerful fragrance, as a continuation of the legendary classic masculine fragrances Acqua Di Giò in future interpretation. The aroma was created by the perfumer master Alberto Morillas, who has been involved in the creation of all the fragrances in the Acqua Di Giò collection since 1996. The familiar bottle of Acqua Di Giò has taken on a slightly different, more expressive look. Its stylish, masculine lines are now in clear glass with a unique new dark wood lid. The refillable bottle has become a bright art object designed for long-term use.

Top notes open with natural, luminous accords of green mandarin from Calabria, Italy, symbolizing Maestro’s Mediterranean origins.

Base notes are represented by woody, balsamic and earthy undertones of patchouli revealing the depth and longevity of the scent, blending with the warm essence of Atlas cedar and vetiver from Haiti.

My husband really liked these perfumes when he tested them in the store, so we decided to order them. The scent is great, pleasant, and long-lasting. Plus, we also received a men's cosmetic bag and 4 samples as a gift due to the promotion.
The modern version of the classic gel
I came across a rather odd packaging! The cellophane is not properly sealed at all. It looks like a counterfeit because the quality is not up to par and it lacks authenticity.

Well, I don't know, Profondo doesn't really resemble Polo or Azzaro. They have flankers there, though. Overall, it's not bad, but it gives me associations with grandfathers. Clearly, this is not a youthful fragrance, and that is due to the presence of mineral notes.

Cool scent. I have been using the classic Gio for a long time and here comes a novelty. It is somewhat similar but more intense, vibrant, and intricate. I highly recommend it.
To me, it resembles a cheap knockoff. Personally, I dislike the idea of trying on a smelly garment from a thrift store, so I have no desire to try it on myself.
There is absolutely no smell, it has its own unique scent, which is horrifying.
