So, this mask (which they claim is silicone-free) is specifically designed for damaged hair. I apply it for 3 minutes, as they recommend, because the results are not as good after just 1 minute. It really makes a difference, especially in terms of the length of my hair. It significantly improves the condition of my hair, making it shiny, smooth, and soft to the touch.

However, I still use Chi oil as part of my hair care routine, and it works well when used together with the mask.
