It slightly tightens the skin, but it may be due to the water. It is stated that it should not be applied to the eyes, but I used it on my entire face and can say that it doesn't sting the eyes. It's necessary to use a micellar water to remove makeup. I would rate this product a three out of five, but the store's service and delivery were excellent as always, a five plus!
