The product is very spicy and personally, I love it. However, the cassette itself is held on the handle very loosely. With just two movements, it flies off, so you have to constantly lift and fold it again. This is very inconvenient and extremely irritating.
No, and once again, no. The razor scratches, and my skin is covered in cuts. As soon as I switched back to my usual razor, everything returned to normal.
I'm not impressed, to be honest. I liked the design and the price is reasonable, but I have cuts on sensitive parts of my body after shaving. There is no feeling of smooth gliding, so shaving takes more time and attention. I gave away this razor because I know it will "betray" me at the most crucial moment - I bought another one from an American manufacturer that suits me better.
This razor is excellent, it shaves perfectly and does not cause any irritation.
In my opinion, this is currently the top choice compared to the Gillettes, which have become of very poor quality.

I have been using Venus Embrace with five blades for about 10 years, and everything was fine except for the price, which was already quite high and kept increasing. Moreover, the quality was not great as the blades would become dull after just a couple of days, as if they had been used for a month (considering that I shave daily and have medium-coarse hair). This created a critical need for a replacement.
I came across these new razors and bought them from a different store where the price was slightly better. I immediately purchased a set with the handle and two cartridges with three blades, as well as a set with four cartridges with three blades, because Bic cartridges are not compatible with the Venus handle.
Firstly, these new cartridges are narrower, which is already an improvement as it allows me to easily shave hard-to-reach areas. Secondly, the quality is definitely better. I have been using them for half a month now, and they still look and perform like new.
I have just purchased an additional set of cartridges with five blades as a backup and to try them out. They are twice as expensive as the three-blade ones, but I believe that in terms of quality, they will be even better. Although, I am still satisfied with the three-blade cartridges.

I don't know what's not working for others, but this machine is fine. I bought it to replace Venus, which lately doesn't match the price-quality ratio at all. This one is inexpensive, has 2 blades, and handles its function well. It's also convenient. Let's see how long it will last.
