Good day, I have never used products from this company before. However, after seeing their advertisement online, I decided to take a risk and purchase the 9.5-1 toning mask. I am very satisfied with the result after the first use. The toning is light, and my hair feels very soft and easy to comb. The effect lasts until the third hair wash.
I was shocked by this mask. I was prepared for everything (purple shade, darkening, etc.), but nothing happened at all. I have lightened blonde hair and wanted to get rid of the yellow tint, so I ordered 9.5-1 based on reviews.
The first time I applied it for 7 minutes, but there was no result. After a couple of days, I applied it for 30 minutes, and my hair became stiff and dry. The yellow tint remained the same, and on top of that, it became lighter in some places and more saturated in others. I applied the mask evenly using a special comb, but I also noticed that my hair became frizzy along the entire length (probably because I damaged it). I'm just puzzled as to why I spent money on this. I didn't see any toning or masking effect. I can only give it 2 stars for the hope that maybe it's a cumulative mask and that next time, a miracle will happen.
