I bought this product offline because I thought maybe it was just a bad batch for makeup, but no, it had the same issue with the dry tip. It's impossible to draw a normal line with it. I even tried holding it vertically with the cap down, but it didn't help. It's frustrating that neither the stores nor the manufacturer respond to complaints and continue to sell such low-quality products. This used to be my favorite eyeliner, but I won't be buying it anymore. It's a waste of money with this kind of quality.

I want to give advice to other customers: when you receive a product from a courier or at the post office, open it immediately. Send back any product that is not properly packaged.
