Good water. I don't completely remove my makeup with it, I first dissolve everything with a hydrophilic oil and then wipe away any remaining makeup with this water. I'm not particularly fond of washing my face with chlorinated hard tap water, as my sensitive skin doesn't handle such washes well. The product itself has a noticeable cosmetic scent, but it can be used. The skin is well cleansed and soothed after use. The cost is relatively low compared to the quality of the product.
