The product can be used in multiple ways depending on the type of skin concerns.
Normal Skin: After washing your face, soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep over skin to remove remaining toxins and impurities. Gently pat the remaining toner into skin until the product is fully absorbed. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
Dry, Dehydrated Skin: Try the 7-skin method. Pour a small amount of toner into clean, bare hands and gently pat the product into your skin until it's fully absorbed. Repeat the process 7 times to deeply hydrate the skin. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
Very Dry or Combination Skin: Soak several cotton pads with toner. Place soaked cotton pads on the face like a sheet mask, focusing on the areas that feel dry (i.e. cheeks, forehead, nose, etc.). Let the toner soak into your skin for 10 minutes, then remove the pads. Gently pat the remaining toner into the skin until the product is fully absorbed. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
For All-Day Hydration: Dispense the toner into a clean, empty mist bottle. Spray toner as mist throughout the day as needed for continued hydration.

Great toner, moisturizes the skin wonderfully. I apply it on my face, neck, and décolleté. Very satisfied.
I really liked this product. I have normal skin, and sometimes I use it instead of cream by applying it twice, and it provides enough moisture. The scent is amazing, I would rate it a 5+. I bought it on sale for 230 UAH for 300 ml, not from here. The current price is quite high. However, it came with a pump, which I haven't seen in anyone's photos or reviews before. Maybe it's a counterfeit.
Economical, I have been using it for my face and décolleté from July to December. I immediately purchased a second bottle because it pleasantly refreshes, has a large volume, and a good price.
I have dry skin, and this toner is amazing! It's my favorite, and I even love using it in the summer.

The toner is really cool. I apply it in two ways - either with my hands or with a sponge. I noticed that my skin has become less oily. It is used very economically and has a pleasant scent.
I have oily skin. It has always been like that. My chin, cheeks, and forehead are always the same. I improved the situation with Pyunkang Yul toner, but it dries out during winter. I bought this a couple of weeks ago. If you just spread it, it leaves a film. I apply it with patting motions - perfectly. My skin stopped getting oily and became velvety. The volume is big - enough to apply on the décolletage, face, and shoulders... I think it will last at least six months. This product is excellent for oily skin during cold weather. I highly recommend it.
Great toner. It's not as thick as Dr Jart, but it provides an amazing amount of product for such a reasonable price.
This toner is great, it moisturizes. However, after the first 2-3 uses, my skin turned red. I was already considering throwing the toner in the trash.
This product is amazing! I have combination skin. I really love the texture of the toner, it's just watery enough and the liquid feels pleasant. I confidently apply it around my eyes as it nourishes the area, which is very satisfying. I highly recommend it! I've already finished one bottle and I'm ordering the next one.
I don't like Korean toners, even though I have tried many. Someone gave me this toner as a gift and it's just amazing! After using it, my skin doesn't feel sticky. There is a refreshing sensation. The skin feels moisturized and not tight. It has a good amount of product. I usually use toners from the brand Kiehl's. This one is just as good, and the price is excellent.
This basic toner is really great. The volume is excellent, and the consistency is like a diluted cream. I apply it with my palms, and it leaves my skin moisturized and ready for further skincare routine.
I really liked this toner as it gives a deep moisturizing feeling and serves as an excellent base for further skincare (serums/creams absorb very well after it). The toner is good, it doesn't leave any unpleasant sensations (stickiness, greasiness, etc.), and it's clear that it doesn't replace subsequent skincare. The only downside is that I've been using it for a month and it seems to be disappearing right before my eyes. Its consistency is not watery, but rather like heavily diluted cream.
