Morning and/or evening, spray the oil into the palm of your hand. Warm it up by rubbing your hands together.
Body: Massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
Face: Apply evenly by gently pressing onto the skin. Avoid the area around your eyes.
Hair: Use 1 spray for short and fine hair, and 2 sprays for longer, thicker hair. Can be used on wet or dry hair.

This oil is pleasant, truly light in texture, just as described. It is great to apply at night, as it nourishes the skin and makes it softer. It is suitable for gua sha massage. However, keep in mind that if you like strong friction, the oil heats up and starts to smell unpleasantly of synthetic components, similar to warm rubber. It is not suitable for fine dry hair - it makes it greasy and even clumps together in a small amount when used.
