Topface Instyle Gel Brow Gel

I was very hesitant about purchasing this product. I wanted shade 01, but it was discontinued. After reading reviews and researching online, I decided to go with shade 05 for this brow gel and waited for a discount before placing my order. Here's what I found after testing it out:

- The gel applies smoothly and it's easy to shape my brows.
- It fills in areas where there are hardly any hairs.
- If you don't touch it with your hands, it stays on well. However, since I have oily skin, after 5 hours, the defined shape starts to fade and smudge a bit.
- Shade 5 turned out to be a good match for my fair skin with dark green eyes.
- The dual-sided brush that comes with it for application and combing is convenient for me.

Overall, it's okay for me, but not perfect. Since I have eyebrow tattooing, I don't really need the gel for everyday use, but it's great for special makeup looks. Previously, I used regular eyeshadow for my brows, which gave a less defined look but didn't have the risk of smudging. With this gel, there's a chance of looking "cute." That's how I feel about it.

I have been using this product for over a year. I live in a tropical climate where any pencil disappears from my skin within 1-2 hours, but this lipstick stays on all day. I chose shade 003. It is slightly darker for me, and I would like to try a warmer shade.

I have shades 3 and 4. I am a brunette. I initially tried shade 4, which turned out to be too dark for me. Shade 3 is like a milk chocolate, but slightly darker. It's just right for a natural look. The texture is fine, but the shade didn't work for me, it's too red... So, if you have cool blonde eyebrows, this shade won't suit you. I got the shade 02 Taupe.

The lipstick is very good (it reminds me more of an actual lipstick). It is convenient and easy to use. Since I have black hair, I chose the color 05, which suited me perfectly because I did not want overly dark graphic eyebrows. This shade looks natural.

Review for shade 005 Coffee from Maybelline, along with other shades. The shade itself is nice, a cool dark brown, even cooler than Maybelline's Ash Brown. It lasts all day on oily skin and even withstands showers, it's not afraid of water. However, I prefer Maybelline's texture, it feels more powdery and applies more naturally. Topface has a thinner texture, so it may be suitable for those who prefer a more graphic look.

I decided to go with the 5th shade because it was the only one with a cool undertone, and I guessed right with that. However, it turned out to be too dark for my hair color, which is disappointing. It's a shame that there isn't a lighter cool-toned shade available, as the other lighter shades are clearly warm. The product itself is great, but unfortunately, I won't be using it. From what I understand, the only lighter cool-toned shade is the 1st shade, which is not available in this makeup. If anyone finds the 1st shade too light and wants to swap for the 5th shade, please let me know in the comments.

I have light brown hair, closer to blond, shade 002 Taupe with a noticeable warm undertone. For me, it looks reddish, for example, the shade Taupe in NYX is more suitable. Personally, I correct the reddish color with a colored eyebrow gel in a cool shade. Overall, I am satisfied with the lipstick, but girls with cool hair color should keep in mind that 002 Taupe is a warm shade.

Shade - 003 - Auburn - is possible for natural blondes, but only if done lightly and skillfully. The texture is so amazing that I was shocked when I ordered it 2 years ago and it still applies well. Currently, I ordered shade 002 - Taupe - and unfortunately..., it looks reddish on me. I added some slightly darker powder on top and it's okay... I will go back to 003.
