I bought shade 303, it was my first time trying it and I won't order it again. While there were some "wow" sensations from the lipstick and I like the process and the packaging, there are a couple of dents on the actual product and a scratch on the lipstick itself inside. That's if you really nitpick and scrutinize it.
The balm has an expiration date of 2024, but it's been around for about 2 years since it was manufactured. In the first 20 minutes after applying it, there's a slight taste of old cosmetics mixed with menthol. It's tolerable, but it's very unpleasant for such a price. Returning it doesn't make sense since it has already been used, but I don't want to repurchase it.
When applying it, it's better to exfoliate your lips or even if there's a slight peeling, it will appear in patches. The color is a vibrant pink, no complaints there, although it needs to be reapplied after eating.
