The brush is original, I checked it with a hologram. I ordered it from the EU. The packaging was terrible! All the items were banging around in the box. Some of the bristles on the edges of the brush were bent. Please pay attention to the quality of the packaging! I have been using the store's services for a long time, and this situation has never happened before.
This is the worst model I have had, and it's already the third one in 10 years. I am disappointed. The bristles are soft and bent. I will see how it holds up in use, but the Classic series is much better.
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews! It was because of them that I hesitated for a long time whether to buy this brush or not. But I finally bought it! I have been using it for almost a year and it is wonderful. I have very thick hair, so in order for it to comb nicely, I need to separate my hair into several sections. I don't understand how some people can comb thick hair all at once without separating it, and then they write that it is not suitable for thick hair! You need to know how to use this brush! It doesn't pull out the hair and doesn't scratch the scalp. It's quite compact too.
I give two stars solely for the design. The comb is indeed beautiful, but that's where the pros end. It causes static in my hair, and it doesn't comb well, even though my hair is of medium thickness and slightly below shoulder length. It's disappointing.
The comb is compact and very cute. It doesn't pull out hair and is very convenient to use, including on wet hair.
I used to use a counterfeit product before because I liked it. However, I decided to purchase the original version and there is definitely a difference. It has become my new favorite. I will order another large bucket when it becomes available.
I have never had a worse comb than this one. As soon as I started using it, two teeth fell out in the first few days, and as you can see in the photo, there are already others that are about to fall out. I have been using this comb for a week, and it is already falling apart. The quality is terrible! The teeth are not deep enough, and it does a poor job of combing through long hair. I am very disappointed with such a low-quality product. I also use Janeke, which is much better and more convenient than this one.
