I kept it for 45 minutes after completing the coloring process. Then I washed my hair with Syoss Color shampoo and conditioner. The paint doesn't sting the scalp and doesn't cause allergies. The smell quickly dissipates, although it's not strong. I highly recommend Syoss, both the paint and the care products. I didn't buy it here, but I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
