There are no words to describe this. It's a waste of money!
Terrible, they peeled off immediately. I do not recommend it.
I didn't like them. I threw them away immediately. Poor adhesion. Seltone seemed better to me.

These insoles are excellent for their price. They do not roll up during wear, and for the first time, I did not get blisters on my feet while wearing my favorite pair of shoes (which has a very stiff heel). Previously, my feet would get blistered to the point of bleeding.

I always have problems with new shoes because they always rub my feet above the heels. This time I decided that I couldn't bear it anymore and bought these silicone inserts! They really prevent rubbing and provide good support for my feet, especially when the shoes are a bit loose! However, be prepared that the silicone may peel off slightly when putting on or taking off the shoes, but it's not a problem, you just need to readjust it back in place. I highly recommend them!
This is the most useless waste of money. They peel off easily and do not stick well, even though the manufacturer claims that they can be washed. I don't understand how that is possible if the adhesive barely holds.
If your foot gets slightly wet (due to humid weather or wearing them barefoot), it becomes a torture device.
I do not recommend it!! I am disappointed with this unsuccessful purchase.
