L'Oreal Paris Infaillible Compact Face Cream Powder

Girls, I don't know about you, but everyone has their own personal skin type, and unfortunately, it happens that the same skin type reacts differently to the same cosmetics. In my case, I have very problematic skin - it's combination, oily, and has visible pores. That's why I am very demanding when it comes to choosing cosmetics and only use products from dermatological lines that I buy at pharmacies.

Now, why did I buy this powder? I'll tell you right away - I decided to take part in a contest (but unfortunately, I don't know if my purchase was counted or if I was accepted as a participant). However, if that didn't happen, I won't regret it because I really liked this powder and have been using it for a week.

It applies evenly, doesn't leave any streaks, and you don't feel it on your face. And most importantly, after using it, my skin doesn't get oily, pores don't enlarge, and I don't get any new breakouts. Girls, this powder worked for me, I don't know about you, but from my side, I recommend it for those who want to enhance their beauty and be charming!

I did not like this product and it did not work for me. I was influenced by positive reviews from bloggers, TikTokers, and various platforms. Everyone says that the powder is perfect for oily skin and hides imperfections. I, on the contrary, can say that it emphasizes all my pores and feels like an uncomfortable mask (my skin type is oily, confirmed by my dermatologist). It immediately rolls off after application. These photos are not after a long day, but almost immediately. When I apply the powder with a brush instead of a sponge on my foundation, it applies well.

The product slightly yellowed after 120 uses.

The powder is great - it applies easily and effectively hides any imperfections. However, it does have a unique scent.

I usually buy foundation in the Ivory shade because I have a neutral skin undertone. I ordered this powder in shade #20. While I was waiting for my order, I read some comments and started to worry a little bit. Some girls mentioned that this shade is very "yellowish," oxidizes, or even has a pink undertone.

When I received my order, I breathed a sigh of relief. The shade suited me perfectly! It blends seamlessly with my pale complexion. It lasts all day (I have combination skin). It doesn't emphasize any dry patches on my face (I always apply moisturizer before applying foundation and wait for it to fully absorb). It also covers breakouts and redness nicely (not 100%, but definitely around 75%).

I have been carrying this powder in my bag for a month now and luckily it hasn't spilled.

So, I can confidently say that this powder is great for me personally. And most importantly, it doesn't clog my pores like most foundations do. I'm already considering switching completely from liquid foundations to this powder in the future.

I bought it for the first time and somehow guessed the shade! It suits me well and applies smoothly and evenly, without feeling like I slathered on butter or dusted with flour. But I recommend using a makeup primer at least under powder (some girls don't know this). Super!

The powder is of high quality and perfect. However, I made a mistake with the shade color. The 130 turned out to be lighter for me.

This product works well on my skin (I have oily skin type).

Shade 40: At first, I was disappointed because it made my face look pale, but after 30 minutes, it darkened and turned into the exact shade as shown on the packaging. It is perfect for well-maintained, moisturized skin with combination/oily skin. You don't even need foundation with this. However, if you have dryness and imperfections, it will accentuate their texture.

Horrible packaging quality. I bought it specifically to carry in my bag, making sure it wouldn't fall or hit anything. However, after a week, it started to sink in the middle. It turned out that underneath the powder layer, there was a huge void from someone unknown, and even a slight press with a sponge would cause it to collapse into that space. Overall, it's terrible, a waste of money.

I would like to express my opinion about this powder differently. The shade is similar to 160. However, this powder is very drying for the skin. After using it for a few weeks, I developed subcutaneous breakouts, and it took a lot of effort to minimize and still dealing with them until now. I stopped using it and everything is fine now.

I have fair skin with a pink undertone and redness. I always used shade 123 from the old palette of this powder. For the new one, I decided to order the lightest shade, 020. It has a red tint to it. It didn't suit me because I already have redness on my face. Why isn't there a shade 180? In theory, it would be perfect for the fairest girls. Please add shade 180 to complete the palette. Pretty please))

I bought this powder in shade 40, thinking it would be darker than shade 20, but it hardly differs at all. The color on my face looks pale. It applies well, but the shade is unclear. I won't take the risk with shade 120, as it will definitely be too dark.

This powder is absolutely not suitable for any kind of concealing. It only applies well on a flawless face. Even the slightest unevenness or flakiness turns into a nightmare on the face. Now that I've overcome my skin issues, I can finally use this product. However, I have already purchased other products that worked much better, even during my skin problems, and especially now. So, this purchase turned out to be useless.

I have tested both the old and the new versions simultaneously. Indeed, the new one is drier, it produces more dust, and it tends to emphasize flakes on the face. The old version is creamier, more tolerant towards flakes, and softer. It is very unfortunate that the old version, which was a perfect compact powder for me, has been replaced.

Not a bad powder. I had to buy it as a replacement for the previous version. I used shade 160 in the previous version, and I got shade 130 in this one. They are similar. It covers redness well, but I had to touch up the under-eye dark circles with concealer a bit.

The powder is absolutely amazing! It provides incredibly dense coverage. It is not a cream powder, but a regular dry one, but it applies beautifully on moisturized skin! It covers redness, acne, and unevenness... all the imperfections on the face! If you apply a good moisturizer, it gives you the perfect skin effect! Without moisturizing, it doesn't apply as well. There is no mask-like feeling or tightness on the face. It stays perfect for 10 hours, I haven't worn it for longer yet. I have the shade 020 ivory, a light beige with a hint of pink. I wouldn't say it's for pale skin... shade 140 has a yellow undertone, and shade 130 has an olive undertone. Overall, I am very satisfied!

It feels awful on the skin, leaving streaks and crust. It was impossible to blend, even with a damp sponge. On the positive side, the coverage is remarkable, it excels in that aspect. I believe it is more suitable for oily skin.
