I cannot even give it two stars. I have lightened hair that I constantly dye, so I don't expect anything special from a conditioner, just easy combing and some moisture. This conditioner, whether applied to wet or dry hair, does absolutely nothing. It's white, thick, smells good, and spreads well, but it doesn't do anything at all. To avoid wasting it, I apply it after using a hair mask, and then my hair feels soft and silky. This conditioner doesn't do anything bad, but it also doesn't have any positive effects. I tried to leave it on for longer, but still, my hair remains stiff and barely manageable. I definitely won't be repurchasing it because there are cheaper conditioners out there with great effects (like the violet L'Oréal Elseve or even Tresemme with coconut). To be honest, I didn't quite understand it - it did very little for my long highlighted hair, it was weak. Neither easy to comb nor provided any smoothness. There are better alternatives with visible effects.

This conditioner did not work for my curly, fine hair at all. I struggled with it for 3-4 uses and ended up buying a different one. Generally, I have a great opinion of Matrix brand, I adore their moisturizing shampoo and leave-in treatments. But this conditioner is terrible. It doesn't stay on the hair and because of that, it feels like there is not enough of it, so I had to add more. It rinses off poorly. I had a feeling of unwashed heavy hair and some kind of film on them. And in my curly hair care routine, I need to apply a leave-in treatment and a styling product after the conditioner. In the end, my hair didn't look the same as before, it looked dull and even a bit greasy at the roots. I never had this issue with any other conditioners, so it's definitely this one. Overall, I do not recommend it for light and fine hair.
Today I received the balm and immediately tested it.
After using it, my hair is not dry, it dries as usual (without those "snowflakes" that girls have mentioned before).
My hair is definitely better, but the ends are a bit dry.
I would rate the balm a solid 4 with a small plus.

Please explain why everyone is thrilled while my blonde hair, after using the entire series, feels like straw and even squeaks! I tried different haircare lines, but this shampoo and conditioner have truly disappointed me.
The shampoo complex worked perfectly for my dry blonde hair.
I was expecting a bit more from the air conditioner, it lacks some kind of moisture, although maybe if you use the entire series, the effect will be better. For now... it's just average.
I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and its scent is amazing. It is not too sweet and it lingers delicately, resembling a light veil of perfume. Combing my hair is effortless, leaving them soft and pleasant.
