Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by thoroughly washing your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been correctly placed. If in doubt, feel the bottom of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you detect any dents or indentations, the cup has not fully expanded. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and attempt to rotate it to form a suction seal. Once in place, try pulling slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
