Apply a small amount of conditioner to wet hair, gently massage, then rinse. Repeat if necessary. Use as needed.
It did not work for me. I have thick, thin, frizzy, and porous hair. It is definitely not suitable for the "curly method" as it makes the hair excessively heavy and dense. The conditioner itself has a pleasant scent but is very thick (it is very difficult to extract from the bottle). The product resembles more of a hair mask. If you have hair similar to mine, it may be better to choose a different conditioner.
