I decided to write a review in case it would be useful to someone. I have colored hair - brunette, prone to greasiness. I wash it every 2 days. I read many reviews about the L'ORÉAL line, specifically the Metal Detox, and decided to try it. As mentioned in the reviews, the shampoo (in the form of a gel) has a more masculine scent. It didn't foam on my hair (nothing foams on my hair, not even shampoo, on the first application). Despite this, it spreads easily throughout the length of the hair. Then the shampoo has a fresher citrus scent and a very dense and thick texture. It is economical, as only a small amount is needed. It lathers well. The hair feels smooth, obedient, and doesn't tangle during washing. After blow-drying, there was no feeling of puffiness, just smoothness. The only question I have for the company representatives is how often and regularly can the shampoo be used, and if alternating with other products is necessary.

Now this is my favorite shampoo. My hair is dyed, thin, and weak. Before using this shampoo, I couldn't do without a mask (my hair was very tangled, I relied on masks to save it). I was shocked that after the pre-shampoo treatment and clarifying shampoo, a mask was unnecessary. Only a few drops of this shampoo are needed for my hair. It lathers well and has a pleasant scent. I tried the products from the professional L'Oreal Metal Detox line for the first time: I tested the pre-shampoo, clarifying shampoo, and oil (each of these products claims to reduce porosity, brittleness, and maintain the color/tone of colored hair).

Background: I am a blonde with fine, fluffy hair that is not thin. I lighten my hair every four weeks (roots) with bleached hair throughout (over 30 years). I have natural blonde hair extensions (60 cm in length).

Test results:

1) Pre-shampoo: This foam is easy to apply along the length of the hair! It easily detangles all the tangles, even on the extensions, throughout the entire length. It softens the hair nicely. We don't rinse it out!

2) Shampoo: We apply it directly on the pre-shampoo, but also massage it into the scalp and distribute it along the length with the pre-shampoo. It foams very well, so we only use a tiny amount (literally, one finger's phalanx is enough for dry, bleached hair 60 cm long!). It is incredibly economical and rinses out very easily. It doesn't leave any residue on the scalp and doesn't cause any itchiness. It hasn't damaged any hair in four uses. After rinsing, the effect is amazing: the hair is soft, full, and gentle throughout the entire length. Therefore, I only used the oil for the sake of the experiment.

3) Oil: It is very concentrated and thick. We take just a drop, rub it in our damp hands, and smooth it over the ends for saturation. Then, we lightly run our hands over the length of the hair (but not above the mid-length) - it adds shine and gloss.

Then, we dry the hair as usual.

Result: You will be IMPRESSED. The hair becomes thicker, fuller, and heavier, with no brittleness (it really surprised me ❤️). The main advantage is that the color of the dye has indeed remained (I have a pearly pink blonde color). No matter what I tried before, I always ended up with a transparent pink or a pearly shine after three washes. With this Metal Detox line, I have already used it four times, and I am still a pearly pink blonde with no yellowing or fading!

Therefore, I highly recommend it to all blondes without hesitation!
