Submerge the mouthpieces in hot water for 30 seconds, apply to top and bottom gum lines to make a dental impression. Then place them into cold water and trim the holder, which you used for submerging. Spread a thin layer of Yotuel 7 Hours whitening gel into each mouthpiece. Place them onto the teeth and wear for an hour.

The whitening effect is there, but it's definitely not as snow-white as shown on the packaging... and I also ended up with burns in my oral cavity from the peroxide - even though I strictly followed the instructions in terms of time... I guess it's crucial to make precise caps - so that it's convenient to endure that time - but mine turned out to be unsuccessful, it was very uncomfortable, maybe that's why the gel was leaking... I won't be buying it again.
I used it for a week, 1 hour per day. Some discoloration has definitely lightened, and the yellowish tint is gone. There was no increase in tooth sensitivity at all. Don't expect pearly white teeth like in the commercials. However, for at-home whitening without the awful sensitivity that comes with professional whitening, it's great!
The system effectively cleans the outer layers of enamel, but it does not provide any whitening effect at all. It does not change the color. If the pigmentation is deeper, it does not have any effect at all. Strong sensitivity occurs, but it goes away after taking breaks. I used two tubes at once, and there was no effect from one of them at all. And it seems to me that the toothpaste is also a part of the process, rather than just a bonus.
The results of whitening were noticeable after the first time. I used one tube of gel for one course, which lasted more than 10 days when used according to the instructions. Another course can be done in six months, using another tube of gel.
During the first whitening session, there were unpleasant and painful sensations, but they were not observed in subsequent applications.
However, one should not expect the same results as advertised at the end of the course. The result is quite good, but still not as bright as expected.
I have been using it for three days now and the results are visible from the first application. I followed the instructions precisely, using it for one hour per day. After the third time, the whitening outcome was similar to what I would get after a single session at the dentist's office, but without the harmful light that affects enamel and the gel that causes discomfort. This product is safe and painless. It is very easy and quick to apply the whitening gel. After each use, I apply a remineralizing gel for a few minutes to prevent sensitivity. I am satisfied with this affordable and high-quality option for at-home teeth whitening.
A couple of years ago, I used this system and I was very satisfied. I used to buy it at the pharmacy, but then they stopped supplying Yotuel. Thanks to Makeup, they started carrying it.
As for the system itself, at first, your teeth become sensitive, but it goes away in a couple of days. I apply 1 drop at night, personally it's more convenient for me. The effect lasts a long time. I haven't tried other systems. One thing that is very convenient is the tube, if you don't open it, you can use the second one after some time. The shelf life of the opened gel tube is 6 months, and the toothpaste is 12 months. So, you can whiten your teeth, go about your business, and then repeat it after six months.
