This product worked perfectly for my thick but fine hair. It combs through well and only slightly scratches the scalp. Occasionally, it causes my hair to become static, but I won't deduct a star for that. I'm considering buying the compact version of the product as well.
It didn't work for me. I have thick hair. It doesn't comb through the roots at all due to the short teeth. But along the length, it's perfect.
