This is a great derma roller. It does make a slight squeaking noise when used, but it's not a big issue at all. The price matches the quality, so it's definitely worth it.

Honestly, I am pleasantly surprised. The quality is superb for the price. The needles are sharp, the plastic is sturdy, and it comes with a storage box. I bought it specifically for meso head. I also ordered a serum for hair strengthening and growth (it hasn't arrived yet). I will update with the results.
Great, 1.5mm needles for the face, I've been using them for six months with a serum containing retinol and vitamin C. Thanks to the roller, all the products penetrate deeper and the results are amazing. I am satisfied with the quality of this roller, the needles are good. The only thing that bothers me is the need for thorough disinfection before and after each use, as the device comes into contact with the skin! A suggestion for the makeup line, please provide a selection of wide rollers for the body, it's a very useful thing.
The roller is excellent, but it is better to use it for hair, not for the face. I apply burdock serum and roll it over my scalp. I also treat the décolleté area. The skin turns red, but it is not visible under clothing the next day.
The needles are thick enough at the tips and not sharpened, so they do not penetrate the skin but simply glide over it. This is why there is no blood when using needles of this length. Of course, it squeaks annoyingly, but that's understandable for the price. I got a roller where two needles were deformed, bent in different directions, so make sure to carefully inspect the roller before using it on your skin.
This is my first derma roller. After watching videos and reading reviews, I decided to get the 1.5mm needle size. I'm not sure if the needles fully penetrate the skin, but when applying slight pressure, I can hear the skin crackling. It does make punctures, but there was no bleeding since I didn't press too hard. The procedure was quite painful for me, not a pleasant experience. I will try the 0.5mm size for myself and keep this one for body use, as the needles are indeed quite long. However, for the legs, it is suitable and you can even go for a 2mm size for the body.
