The product's quality and format are complete opposites. The eyeshadows themselves are very cool, vibrant, and apply perfectly. They are a pleasure to use. However, they do not hold their shape in the packaging. They arrived with a small crack, which I didn't notice at first. But after a few weeks, they completely crumbled, even though the jar was in the same spot and had not fallen in my makeup bag.
I didn't expect them to be loose. I don't understand if they were supposed to come like this or if they were delivered in powder form... I'm very disappointed because it's impossible to apply such pigment in this form.
The eyeshadows are excellent. I ordered shade 150, and they stay on the eyelids really well. The color is highly pigmented.
It's time to return the money for the spilled product or send a replacement.
