Marula oil helps slow down the ageing process by providing antioxidant and rejuvenating effects.
The product provides an intense nourishing and deep moisturizing effect, strengthens the lipid barrier of the skin, smoothes out wrinkles, stimulates regeneration processes, and accelerates tissue healing. Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil.
I bought this product after being amazed by the marula oil from Drunk Elephant, so I thought it would be the same. But no, it didn't work for my face - it felt heavy, clogged my pores, and caused black spots. However, I have oily skin with large pores, so maybe that's the reason. It worked fine for my hair though.
I have been using this oil regularly for a month. It moisturizes well, but leaves a greasy shine, so I mainly apply it at night. After a month, my complexion has become more vibrant and the peeling has practically disappeared (my skin was heavily peeling). I haven't noticed any significant results on deep wrinkles, but the small expression lines have significantly reduced. The skin has become soft and pleasant to the touch. It also moisturizes the hair well. I applied it to the ends (if I applied it to the entire length, I would've used half the bottle) before washing my hair. Overall, it is a good oil, but don't expect a "wow" effect from it in a short period of time.
If you apply a few drops to damp skin immediately after cleansing, there is no need to use a cream! The moisturization is superb! No greasy shine, too.
