I received the first bottle as a gift. I really liked the shampoo. Although it's not cheap, it lasts a long time for my short hair. I like the smell and it doesn't dry out my hair.
I liked the smell, but it's a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, there's nothing special about it. I have oily scalp, so it tends to get dirty quickly compared to after using La Biosthetique.
The shampoo doesn't lather much and doesn't thoroughly cleanse the scalp, so it might not be strong enough for those with oily scalps. I probably won't choose the oatmeal variant next time, and instead, I'll try something else from this brand.

After hearing a lot about the brand and the company, I couldn't resist and decided to purchase it. My hair is bleached blonde, not damaged, and well taken care of. I wanted to add some moisture to it. However, I ended up getting some sort of overload effect. My hair needs to be washed again on the second day. I won't be buying it again. Right now, I am trying an alternative, Kerastase Genesis.

I have bought Clarins shampoos before, and they all come in packaging.. If you are selling a product without packaging, then it should be stated on the website and sold as a promotional item!!
