Skin SOS? It’s when you feel desperate because your face is full of blemishes, making it rather unattractive. Don’t panic though: you’d be better off applying Medik8 Blemish SOS Rapid Action Target Gel as soon as you can. This rapid action treatment features maximum strength salicylic acid (2%), which works quickly to diminish the appearance of blemishes while remaining completely invisible on the skin.

I didn't buy it here. I use it as part of a complex routine. However, I am disappointed so far. It doesn't reduce anything, it feels like it just burns. Its effect is similar to regular salicylic acid - it burns but doesn't diminish the pimple. Perhaps it is more suitable for a different type of skin rash.
It's not worth its money. While it does somewhat alleviate breakouts and dry them out faster, it's better to invest in a slightly more expensive product like Retinal 6 or Clarity Peptides. It's best to use both, and the breakouts will disappear.
I did not like the gel. I used it along with other products from the same line for breakouts (foam + pads + retinol). It does indeed burn the top of the pimple, forming a scab, but instead of going away, it seems to become even more inflamed and swells from the inside. This product only works on emptied pimples to burn them, but during the inflammation stage, it only worsens the condition.

I have tried various spot treatments and more, for breakouts... and none of them compare to this miracle! I pondered for a long time whether to buy it or not, as the price is a bit steep. But this little thing is worth every penny! Although I bought it cheaper on sale (not here), from now on, this will be my must-have. Even at full price.
Great product. It dried out the pimple overnight and after applying it again, it practically eliminated it completely. I am discovering this brand and so far, all the products are amazing.
