I use shade 110 Alabaster. My skin is very dry, I'm over 35, and I have some flaking. The foundation is thick and dense. I've found that mixing it with a moisturizing cream before applying it to my face works best. Before that, I apply a cream with hyaluronic acid. Only then does it apply well without settling into pores or emphasizing flakiness. When mixed with the cream, shade 110 doesn't seem as pale. I chose shade 130 Opal for medium fair skin with a cool, green undertone. I'm not very fair or pale, and during summer, my face doesn't tan well and is always lighter than my body. Initially, my face burns in the sun, then gradually develops a light tan. My skin is combination to oily and this product is suitable only for the colder season. It's impossible to use it in the summer because of its dense texture. I always set it with powder and touch up with powder throughout the day. The foundation has medium pigmentation, providing decent coverage. It masks pores and minor skin imperfections, but sometimes a concealer is needed. It does highlight dry patches and sits on the skin at about 3.5 out of 5, even with good skin preparation. Layering it isn't an option, as it becomes very noticeable and can make the face look older. According to most reviews, it is better suited for mature skin, particularly for those over 40 with mostly dry skin. I won't be repurchasing it. Don't expect much from it.
