The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Serum

I must say, I am not impressed with this serum. I was looking for a product to use before applying a deeply moisturizing cream for my dry facial skin. Unfortunately, I did not achieve the desired results with this serum. Additionally, if I apply the Cerave cream with SPF on top, everything just slides off afterwards. Therefore, I still use this serum, but only with a very light cream. I definitely won't be ordering it again and will continue searching for something more effective for moisturizing.

Great serum! I've been using it for a few months now (bought it here or ordered it from Poland). One bottle lasts about 1.5-2 months (4 drops on the face, once a day). I use it after acids and seal it with a hyaluronic acid cream from the same brand. It absorbs quickly, may feel slightly sticky, but it's fine for the night, and with the cream, it's perfect.

I have combination skin prone to comedones, and it's a challenge to find the right skincare products - I could cover half the country with those creams. But this product is a perfect fit.

An added bonus is that this cosmetic has no scent.

I have a large arsenal of moisturizing products, but I'm always looking for something more effective. When choosing a new serum, my attention was drawn to The Ordinary.

I use it in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning. So, each time I use 4 drops - forehead, cheeks, chin. I don't touch my skin with the dropper to avoid introducing dirt into the bottle. The product is thick and spreads very well on the skin, but! Sometimes it appears white in certain areas and starts to resemble a light emulsion. This doesn't bother me, I distribute it well on my face and let the serum absorb. After using the serum, my face feels slightly sticky and there is a film-like sensation, so in the evening I apply a moisturizing cream on top. By the way, this serum doesn't conflict with any of my creams. After the cream, my skin feels great. There is no tightness, stickiness, irritation, or discomfort.

I also apply the serum in the morning, followed by the cream on top, and after about 15 minutes, I apply BB cream with SPF 30, which somehow perfectly adheres to the skin.

Another thing, previously in the morning after waking up, my skin used to be quite oily, but now there is no trace of oil in the morning. The foundation also stays on well during the day and my skin doesn't become as oily. In short, I will be getting another serum and cream from this brand.

Three drops are too much for my not-so-small face, so I use less. I apply it at night after using a toner and seal it with a moisturizer once it is absorbed. The result is that the deep wrinkle on my forehead has almost disappeared, and my skin feels firm and hydrated. The only downside is that it tends to pill on me, so I can't wear it under makeup during the day because I can feel the serum.

It's worth looking for a worse product; the moisturizing effect is nonexistent and, on the contrary, it tightens the skin. It forms a film, giving you the sensation of having been burnt on the beach and your skin peeling off! There is no scent, the texture is unpleasant, it stretches like honey. For the first few seconds, your face feels disgustingly sticky. This product is terrible. I used it for a week, and the results were absolutely zero!

Combination skin, prone to acne. After a couple of weeks of use, the skin noticeably improved and there are no signs of dryness. I apply it to damp skin and it doesn't cause any tightness, it's slightly sticky but the stickiness disappears after applying the ordinary cream. It even rolls up under a moisturizing cream if applied generously. It also tends to roll up under bb cream, making it unsuitable for daytime use before applying makeup. It always feels like the product is fully absorbed, but the skin looks oily. I give it 3 stars for nighttime hydration.
