Apply a thin layer of Silcare glue to the nail, carefully place the tip on it, and press down to avoid any air bubbles underneath.
I bought this glue for attaching nail tips for a French manicure. It's just like the super glue you find in stores for fixing everything, and it smells the same, too. It bonds very strongly, indeed. I did cover everything with a top coat and cured it under a lamp afterward. But! I was happy to throw the glue away!! The container tips over easily, and there's no way to secure or set it on anything stable. Even on a perfectly flat surface, it falls over. The bottle doesn’t seal well and leaks, and this... this liquid glues everything in its path in seconds! It sticks to your fingers, everything on the table, your clothes... Cleaning your hands is IMPOSSIBLE! If it gets under your nail, don’t try to peel it off, or you'll end up with a wound! In short, I threw it away without regret, but I still remember the nightmare vividly.
Also... If it does spill, stay calm, put on gloves, and carefully take it to the trash! Don’t touch it with bare hands, or you’ll lose some skin. I gave it two stars only because it bonds so well with the nail and can be removed easily after a couple of weeks if you soak your nails.
