I have thin, light hair, and this mask is really great. It smells nice and moisturizes the hair without weighing it down. I highly recommend it!
I bought the shampoo and mask from this series. When heated and applied to my hair, it made them shiny, but it didn't provide an extraordinary level of nourishment. However, I really liked the avocado mask.
