I have been using this brand for many years and have always been impressed with their products. However, I don't understand why the brand has not only changed its appearance but also its composition. I have always purchased their long-lasting formula, but this one has been a complete disappointment. It is not the same product at all. It is sticky, unpleasant to touch, the smell is different, and it has no effect whatsoever. I am simply disappointed. I used to be a true fan of this brand.
I have bought this cream for the second time now. I really like it. Before this, I used the daily cream for dry skin from the same series. However, I must say that the cream for dry skin feels more pleasant.
I have the entire skincare line from Vichy. My previous Vichy Liftactiv SPF50 day cream in the red jar ran out, so I decided to try this one, along with the night cream from the same series. Since I started using these creams, I have noticed the appearance of subcutaneous pimples and clogged pores, which I haven't had in a long time. I haven't made any other changes in my skincare or diet, so I believe that these creams are the cause of my skin deterioration. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me. They turned out to be too heavy for my combination skin, at 33 years old.
After the first application, I developed an allergy on my face, even though I had previously used other Vichy creams and everything was fine. The cream is very thick, and I applied it in a small amount as recommended by the consultant. The only positive aspect is that it has a pleasant scent. This is probably the only advantage. I am very disappointed - I wasted a considerable amount of money.
The cream is greasy, leaving a film on the skin like sunscreen. However, it doesn't damage the skin or cause breakouts or clogged pores. It's suitable for winter, but I doubt it would be comfortable for me in the summer. Why was Slow Age Fluid discontinued?! It was truly perfect in every way, with no film or shine on the face, and it provided excellent moisturization. After 20 years with Vichy, I will probably have to search for something from other manufacturers.
The cream is great, it moisturizes and softens, but after using it, the face shines like a pancake. It helps a little bit with powder, but when you're heading to a workout, this option is not suitable.

It has a very thick consistency, like a clay mask rather than a cream, but it is precisely because of this that it has a true lifting effect, and it also contains SPF 30, which is very good, as there is no need to apply it separately. The skin on my face is moisturized, tightened, and velvety. The cream is excellent. It completely fulfills its stated functions. Another cream from this brand with lifting active is also wonderful. I really like the effect and the result from creams of this brand. I recommend it 100 percent.

I tried another product from the same series in a red bottle, SPF 25. It's like night and day compared to this one. The other one was so light, pleasant, and easily absorbed. However, this one feels like a film on the skin that doesn't moisturize but only makes it greasy. The sensation is terrible. Overall, this cream didn't work for me at all.

First of all, this cream stings the eyes - even when applied to the facial skin, but it's even worse when applied closer to the eyes - it feels like it's eating away at them! Secondly, the consistency is strange - it's not uniform like most creams, but rather somewhat "band-aid-like" and loose - that's the best way to describe it. Like a soufflé, but not smooth in texture, more like thick natural yogurt - that probably best reflects the appearance of the cream itself. Thirdly: I have combination skin, and this cream clogs my pores.

The effects last for 8-10 hours. If I don't apply this cream afterwards, I feel dry again. What's important is that it's a bit oily when applied alone, so I apply a little on my face and add a bit of another cream. This way, I have enough moisture and there is no greasiness or "mask" effect. I am completely satisfied with this cream. Today, I ordered 2 more products from the slow age line. I am disappointed with this product as it feels very greasy and leaves my face looking like a mask. I need to find something else. However, the protection it provides does work.
The cream has a nice texture, it is dense in consistency, but when applied to prepared skin, it spreads evenly and does not clog pores. For oily and combination skin in the summer, it is better to use a fluid version, but it works perfectly during other seasons. I highly recommend it.
